Heather Merrick (née Rasley) leads customer support teams for tech companies. She is currently Director of Community at Airtime. She's worked for top startups since 2008, including Stripe and Tumblr.

Heather studied at the Interactive Telecommunications Program (ITP) at NYU. She has a Humanities B.A. from New College of Florida. 

She lives in Jersey City, NJ, with her husband and their dog.
