Heather Merrick (née Rasley) leads customer support teams for startups. She's worked in the Community space for top tech companies since 2008. She currently works at Airtime

Heather studied at the Interactive Telecommunications Program (ITP) at NYU. She has a Humanities B.A. from New College of Florida. 

She lives in Jersey City, NJ, with her husband and their dog.
