Heather Merrick

Hi, I’m Heather Rasley (FKA Heather Merrick).

I’m a Trust & Safety consultant focused on crafting and enforcing AI tech policy. I have 15 years of experience working in customer support, community management, trust & safety, and customer experience for high-growth startups, including Stripe and Tumblr.

I’m based in Seattle and love to spend my free time playing with my daughter and exploring the Pacific Northwest.

I have a Humanities B.A. from New College of Florida and attended the Interactive Telecommunications Program (ITP) at NYU.
